Grown by small holder farmers in Southwest Ethiopia, this is a stellar example of traditional Ethiopian (Abyssinian in the Amharic language) non-washed coffee. Its extravagently fruity notes and thick body define what was the traditional "mocha" cup, from the earliest days of coffee.
